 My name is Carl Fake, Owner Operator of Fake Heating & Air Conditioning located in Lebanon County PA. I have been in the HVAC trade for over 15 years and have seen many heating and cooling companies make profit their first priority. Some companies even create disciplinary polices for technicians that don’t sell “add ons” or “upgrades” to every customer. I enjoy what I do but was tired of the unreasonable expectations that have become common in the trade. I wanted to do what I enjoy without the added stress of unreachable quotas and deceptive sales practices, so I decided to start my own company. I can now offer a greater value to the customer with a straight forward, honest approach. With low overhead, knowledge of industry pricing and wholesale availability I can assure my customers will always receive superior service at a lower cost .
