1) We will post your last name and county of residence on our web site. If you choose not to have your last name mentioned on our site a request can be made when we schedule your free maintenance.

2) Any parts or service will be billed separately

3) Maintenance can not be traded or exchanged for other services and has no monetary value.

4) Only one system is included 

5) Winner must schedule maintenance within one year

6) If we have already performed the annual maintenance on your heating system this year you will receive maintenance on your AC system in the spring or save the free maintenance for next years heating season.
